Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of submitting the signed agreement to reserve your event date and time.
The remaining balance is due upon the artist’s arrival on the day of the event.
Accepted forms of payment:
• Zelle• Cash
Personal checks are not accepted.
Day of the event
- Please provide a setup area that is:
- • Easily accessible
- • Shaded (if outdoors)
- • Free from sand or excessive wind
- If the event takes place in the evening or at sunset, adequate lighting must be provided. (A small nightlight is not sufficient.)
- An adult must be present to supervise children at all times. The artist’s focus is on painting and cannot provide crowd control.
- Painted Dreams by Haley may take photos during the event for promotional purposes, including social media. Please notify the artist in advance if any guests should not be photographed.
- For health and safety reasons, the artist cannot paint anyone who appears to have:
- • Infectious skin conditions
- • Cold or flu symptoms (including COVID-19)
- • Head lice
- Painted Dreams by Haley is not responsible for allergic reactions. All paints and products used are professional, skin-safe, and cosmetic grade. If you have any concerns, please discuss them with the artist before your child is painted.
- The artist reserves the right to refuse service at any time if conditions feel unsafe or inappropriate.
- Painted Dreams by Haley is fully insured for face painting, body painting, and glitter tattoos.
